Synergy Between Art and Business Cycle,
Ljubljana, Slovenia

A Five-Module Learning Celebration
Built Around the Performance of Fifty-Six Masterpieces
of Violin Literature

Miha Pogacnik with his friends, in partnership with the IEDC Bled School of Management, invites you to participate in this journey of exploration in a series of events between January and September 2005.

Cutting edge leadership is increasingly turning to the world of the arts for inspiration and learning. In this cycle, we will explore how bridges can be built between disciplines, leading to concrete results and sustained impact in organizations.

The objective is to enhance leadership competencies required to deal effectively with constant change, pressure, speed, and fragmentation of life. There will be »out-of-the box« solutions drawn on a unique methodology based on deep insight, artistic experience and interaction.

Linda Naiman will be presenting in Module 2 Feb 17-19. Other speakers in the series include Otto Scharmer, MIT, USA; Fons Trompenaars, Amsterdam; Richard Olivier, Mythodrama, London; Takashi Kiuchi, Chairman, Future 500, Tokyo; Margaret Wheatley USA; Lotte Darsø Learning Lab Denmark, Jennifer Rhule, Skandia, Sweden; and Jan Heijn van Joolen, ABN AMRO Bank, Amsterdam.

PROGRAM

Each of the five modules consists of two days of workshops, lectures, a round table and concluding performances (Friday till Saturday afternoon). The opening performance with orchestra will be every Thursday evening. With a few exceptions, all performances are violin/piano with pianist
