“How do we continue growing in a business despite the economic downturn?” First,By penetrating the existing market, the customers that you already have is the best bet and finding the new customers and persuades them to buy your product. Second,Innovate your product and services, by discovering and promoting you new product. Its a great way to attract new customers.Third, Extend your market reach, advertise in select media, like newsprint, radio or television.

Anther option is, of course, to realise that other companies will be experiencing the same economic challenges as you. Therefore, finding a way to offer solutions to such clients that are tailored to difficult times could actually allow your business to GROW.

As they say, an undertaker is at his busiest during a plague. I know that isn’t very cheery as an analogy but youget my drift.
