- A desire to learn how arts-based learning fits in business and non-profits
- A desire to develop arts-based learning and use

- The most important benefit is having conversations that matter about topics (like the ones above) that are important to you. Plus there will be opportunities for group coaching and mentoring. Each call will be for one hour.
- Each conference call will be recorded and posted to the Ning Group website, so if you miss a call you can listen later on your ipod.
- Members can post their profile on the Ning Group site, and connect with other members. The Group site is private and for members only.
- I will post links to relevant news about the Arts-based learning, Arts in Business, Creative City, Art and Sustainability etc
- Membership provides an opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas and build a brain trust.
- The agenda is set by the group.
- Calls will be limited to small groups, but as this grows, all groups can connect with each other on the member website.
