About me
I am a Corporate Alchemist and a pioneer in applying artistic processes to organizational learning and development. My focus is on developing creativity, collaboration, teamwork and leadership in organizations — and Art helps people get to the heart of the matter. I am the co-author with Arthur VanGundy of Orchestrating Collaboration at Work: Using Music, Improv, Storytelling, and Other Arts to Improve Teamwork.
My background is in the visual arts and graphic design for marketing communications, and I’ve been working as a corporate trainer and facilitator for about eight years. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, public-sector organizations and boutique consultancies. In the past few years I’ve worked in the US, Europe, Singapore and Australia.
