How the 8 weeks unfold
Phase 1 – Awareness & Orientation (Weeks 1–2)
Set intentions, meet your saboteurs, and interrupt the mental habits that keep you stuck.
Phase 2 – Creative Expansion (Weeks 3–5)
Strengthen your Sage capacities—empathy, curiosity, exploration, innovation—and learn to use uncertainty as a generative force.
Phase 3 – Integration & Commitment (Weeks 6–8)
Synthesize your insights, and design real?world experiments. Create a grounded three-year vision and a 90-day action plan to start bringing it to life.

What if I’m not clear on my next direction?
Perfect. This program is designed for the “not sure yet” space and helps you uncover what matters now, explore possibilities, and take small, honest steps—no polished vision required.
I’m busy. How much time will this take?
We meet for one hour once a week. All sessions are recorded in case you miss a session. Weekly videos are one hour. Mental fitness practices are just 5 minutes, 3 times a day, woven into daily routines such as drinking coffee, brushing your teeth, having a shower, etc.
What if I have questions before joining?
You’re welcome to talk it through first.
